Trees are a very important aspect of life. It was very intriguing to find out it actually took four billion years to create trees. In tune it is very important to recycle so that we can save the life of our trees due to the fact that it took them so long to grow and develop. When people don’t recycle things as simple as a piece of paper, trees are cut down and used to form material such as napkins and paper towel. So yes I can toldy agree with the knowledge Home brought on trees.

Also recycling can help to save others natural resources such as oil and gas. As we all know recycling is very eco friendly and energy saving process. If we recycle we save more energy. The main energy sources now are coal, gas, and oil. It took 200 million years for tries to absorb sun energy to create coal, gas, and oil. Oil is an integral part of the modern world. Unlike forest, oil is not renewable resource, so humans must recycle more and more to save more oil, gas, and coal for the feature generation.

Although scientists say we only have ten years left to change our ways of living to preserve the earth, who can confirm that to be a fact. Sciectists have been saying this for many, many years. Whether it is true or not, we as humans still need to preserve the beautiful earth for it loves life just as well as humans do. The fact that there is no new water on earth was also very interesting. At first i was like there has to be new water somewhere. Then i thought about it. Water can be new only if it is created. So i beleve there is no new water.

Yes, this fact about water is very interesting. Every day small amount of water from all oceans, rivers, lakes, and sees evaporates thereby creates clouds and then clouds turns into rain. Rain water is one of the cleanest water on the planet. After rain all water evaporates again (it is like a process of water cleaning) creating new clouds. All water on the planet is under water circulation process which is never ends. The movie Home has another very interesting but sad fact about water. Industrialization of humans brought a lot of pollution into nature. Now world faces serious problems of polluted environment. According to film Home “5000 people a day die because of dirty drinking water.” Also it said “1 billion people have no access to save drinking water.” It is very sad. People suffer from lack of clear water, which is the most varied natural resource on the planet.

Based from the movie called "Home" by Homeproject:

1) Water is becoming scarce and less safe.
It was stated that "70% of water consumption are accounted for demands of agriculture". Water is becoming more scarce and less safe to drink because many of us do not know how to conserve water as we don't know it's value. Water is used in all aspects of actitivities we use today and that comprise with consumation, production, and distribution. Before, only plants and humans need water, but now in this industrialized age, we need to water plants, feed the animals, and distirbute water to wealthier communities because not only for survival but the fact that demands are always getting high. More people means more demands. The water that we drink and use everyday is the same water that we use everyday because water cycles, so when water combined with man-made chemicals, water comes out that way.

2) "In nature, everything is linked."
Water, bacteria, trees, species, and every other living organism has its purpose. Nothing was harmful not until humans discovered fire that lead to gas and oil. Everything changed so fast in 180,000 years, and humans just came here 200,000 years ago when the world was in balance before the civillization began. When humans got tired of tilling the lands, they created machines that drastically changed the way of life now humans live in today. That's where energy consumption began and broke the linkage between nature and species. Now energy is consumed more than ever with the rising demands of electronics. Humankinds never made it more easier with technology, but they ruined nature more drastically, and now people kept wondering why the sudden change of global climate. It all changed so fast because we all wanted to make life faster.

3)"Deforestation destroys the essential of superfluous."
With the exponential growth of our population today, demands of paper, furnitures, woods for housing are on high demeands, more trees are cut down everyday. some places like Haiti, has only 2% of forest left. Forest makes the world in balance, if we continue cutting them down, they will disappear and once more the linkage would be broken down.

We need to act now and save our planet.Humans are responsible for destroying trees, lakes, the air and animals. It is amazing that in Haiti only 2% of the forest is left. How long is it going to take before all the forests are destroyed?

Humans play a major role in how global warming is changing our world and near future. It’s very true when you discussed the fact of humans coming to earth 200,000 years ago after earth had been hear and destroyed it already. Human thought technology was the greatest invention one could every make, but what they didn’t know is how it would affect the world we live in. The fact of the matter is humans have become lazy. Creating one invention after another. You stated how human began to get tired of tilling the land, so what did they do? Create machinery that would do the job for them. With all the necessities needed for the machines to do the job it was polluting the earth but they don’t care as lo9ng as the job is getting done the invention are still being created.

I like your facts they are very interesting and i to think that we should lower our air polution cause we all are suffering

The facts presented show a real picture of what will happen if we do not change our lifestyle to preserve the natural resources on this earth.

The video "Home" was more than a horror film it was a true story. I would have to say that the five most important things in the video for my was finding out that the earth is exactly where it is suppose to be. Any shift in the balance of the earth and we will find ourselves extinct, frozen to death, or burned by the heat of the sun. If the earth is not here it does not matter how we treat it or how life is deteriorating, our universe at any given moment could be over if there is a change in the rotation of earth's orbiting. This was the most important and the scariest thing in my opinion. The second issue that serverle concerns me is the fact that the ice glacier seperating the United States, Europe, and Asia has lost 40% of it thickness in the last forty years. I know that it may be a little selfish to only care about that particlur ice cap, but I do live in the U.S. and I do not wish to drown to death anytime in the near future. Some will argue that the change in climate can be blamed on America and that if we change our ways the entire world would benfit from it, then I woud have to agree with those people. By the year 2030 or some even say 2015 this ice cap will completely disapate. Where is this water that melts from the ice going to go. Right here on land to wipe us all out and not even the best of swimmers will be able to survive it. I find this extremely alarming, and feel that other that feel that way should try to do everything in their power to help prevent this from happening by any means neccesary. Another thing that scared some sense into me was what I am eating. I am on a challenge to give up red meat for six months but after I found out that cows are held in concentration camp style homes without any grass in sight, I think I will give up red meat forever. They are only given grain and man made foods and steroides to eat.Humans are growing food to grow food. Nothing is natural anymore in farming because natural takes too long. We as consumers are not concerned that we now eat chicken brest about the same size as our arms. The steriods feed or injected into these animals are making our children look ten years older than what they really are. There is no telling what will happen to us in 20 years for consuming these unnatural meat and steroids. So much water is used in these man made farming places. With 70% of drinking water used for agriculture and our need to waste every drop of water that we can get our hands on, I believe very soon we will tap out our most precious resource of all. The fourth thing that I found alarming in the video "Home" was that by the year 2050 a quater of the earth species may be extinct. I do not consider my self an animal lover but if I can do something to save a species of animals then I believe that it is my duty to do that. For a long time I didn't believe that we needed animals at all except the ones that we consume and our pets, but who am I to say who should walk this earth and who shouldn't. Nor am I to say who belongs here on the earth and who the earth belongs to. No one species is more important than another. Because to that species thay are the most important things in the world and just because we cannot understand animals, and we may be smarter or bigger than them, does that give us a right to wipe them of the face of the earth. Most of the large fish are already extinct because humans fish more often than the fish have time to re-populate. Finally, I found it intresting that the earth has been around for about 4 billion years and humans have only been on earth for about 200,000 years. Yet in the time humans have occupied the earth we have come along and destroyed something that was perfectly fine without us. I've said it once and I'll say it again "we as humans need the earth, the earth does not need humans".

The movie Home is a very educating exciting but yet emotional It thought it was very interesting to see how one thing of the earth lead to another part in which the cycle kept increasing here I have 5 major points That I considered to be scary or exciting one is how it took the earth 4billion years to create trees. The trees are made from sional bacteria where the trees to uses the sun energy for nourishment to build wood and leaves and when the wood and leaves are decomposed they turn back into water to form vegatables, fruit and other living like subtances.
The Birth of the Earth the earth atmosphere starting off as carbon dioxide and water vapor filled mold and rocks (the earths core) which the earths crust is formed from the cracking and spreading of the earths crust and formed into a thin layer of crust. Life beginning life started off as two different types of blue green bacteria. Archigal bacteria( bacteria that feeds of the Earths heat. Algae (sinal bacteria) turns to the sun to capture the suns energy.Oxygen forming Plant life feed off the Suns energy to break apart the water molecules to form oxygen. How the mountains where formed the mountains were formed by ccarbon dioxide that posioned the earths atmosphere causing the micro organism shells that build themselves into the earths atmosphere in which the carbon dioxide dissolved into the earths ocean. life on Earthis so beautiful but its up 2us whether we keep it that way or maintain. comment on what you think about my little info

I have to agree with you Angel, the movie "Home" is very informing and interesting. But also, this movis shows that Earth is on its way to extincsion. It is very intruiging that you mentioned that it took almost 4 billion years for trees to form. But, it seems as though,we don't care by the way we treat the plant life by destroying the mostessential peice of our exsistance.
