- Hi my name is Astromelia Cadogan. I live in Woodbridge, VA. This is my first year at the University of the District of Columbia. I currently have my Associates Degree in Science. I am currently working on my Bachelors degree in Social Work. I was born and raised in the Republic of Panama. One one of the most beautiful country in Central America were the rivers are crystal blue, beautiful forestry and a magnificent sunrise and sunset. A country that offers one of the best tap water.
