Hi Karen, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I asked RJ to be my friend so would be happy to join you both in helping to plan some stuff...I'm actually going to a meetup for the Desert Eco-lution Group...small but growing and we were all going to talk about Earth Day to see if anyone knows of plans. I had heard that there was going to be something in the Palm Springs park...not sure what yet...and of course the Living Desert always does something...just attempting to figure out what might work the best for us. So yes, if you have any ideas or come across anything, please let me know. Hi Karen, I found your posting here when I was searching for Earth Day events here in the Palm Springs area...Some friends and I are trying to plan something for Earth Day...or at least get on board with what Palm Springs or Palm Desert has planned. ARe you aware of anything specific in Palm Springs? Would appreciate hearing about it...also, my husband and I have started a green website for the Coachella Valley at www.coachellavalleygreen.com Please check it out if you have time and let us know if there is anything we can add to make it more useful for locals.
