About Me:
I have written this all before and it reads like a job interview. So I will just say this- What am I about - Well, that is a question I am sure we are always asking ourselves upon this daily journey called life.
I have been on this path -formally- since 2002 when I went to school to train as a massage therapist and to enhance my knowledge of energy healing. I went on to continue my growth with a degree in mind body transformational psychology, 'A new age shrink'.
But my journey began long before this when I was diagnoised with asthma at the age of 2.
Being a hard head and not studying the effect of asthma I learned to reap the outcomes of many attacks.

Until recently I became more and more aware of my illness - being labeled a disease because the only cure is death. And linking this with the effect of global change - such as when there is a high pollen count or there are trees being cut for lumber I feel it and have to do alot to keep my lungs functioning.

Aside from this I am a witch and practice many andiginous spiritual beliefs of my ancestors - especially the ones that reveared mother earth for the bounty she gives us - daily and all she wants in return is for us to respect her.
I could go on and on but I will save this for a blog.

Namaste Y'all
And always looking for friends to chat over coffee and scones with.

My Trip To Earth

My trip to Earth has been a blast. I have climbed many hills and fallen into many valleys. I have laid in the desert heat and felt the coldness of the ice age (Chicago).

I have found there to be many things to become involved with and to expand my own awareness of self consciousness.

To go beyond the known and the unknown - to second guess the tv talking heads that errogently say there is no global warming while they and their families bunker down beneath the earths crust to wai

Hi Valyncia,

I would suggest you look into a LEED certification on the new building and a whole house HEPA filter. There is more info on my website about sustainable building.

Peace,
Bruce

Hello to all
I am doing some research and would like to know if anyone would have any ideas on housing. I am looking into earthships, hobbit holes, round homes and yurts.
Does anyone live in one and how is it for asthmatics?

Valyncia, just as the many characters this planet consists of, I see you have identified with many of yours in your journey(s). I am concerned though..."chat over coffee and scones with"...(forgive me for my ignorance), I want to chat, but what are 'scones'? Valyncia, share with me...
