Composting is a way to reduce matter that ends up in landfills and recycling plants. In this way, it saves energy and space, while returning vital nutrients to the Earth to be used again. replacing nutrients to the Earth is important because often, when raising livestock or crops for the human or animal population land is destroyed and rendered useless after use.

Compost is the erosion of organic matter hat occurs naturally with little human interaction. However, compost has been adopted by humans to strategically reduce garbage and to make their own cost efficient fertilizers.

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to read my little blurb. The heat is a part of the natural decomposing process which usually occurs about a week after you start the heap. The usefulness of the heat kills weed seeds and insect larvae.
