Plan-It Hardware, located in San Francisco, aims to provide consumers with a 'Greener Choice' when it comes to hardware and home improvement. Unfortunately, the hardware industry is plagued with toxic materials that are not only harmful to the earth on which we live, but also pose devastating threats to our families. Our 'Green It Yourself' (GIY) initiative is part of our mission to green the hardware industry. We plan to help make every household in America safe from the hazards associated with these products!
We are proud to host one of the largest green databases in the nation, which is constantly growing thanks to our team of researchers. Our Green Criteria represents some of the industry’s strictest standards.
